Magnesium Hydroxide( Chemical synthesis) MDH

Product Description:Halogen-free flame retardant, white loose powder, odorless, tasteless, good in dispersity, high in whiteness and low in Fe content. Due to its specialty on flame retardant, self extinguishing and non-toxic corrosive gas evaporated, it is the leading product in plastics, rubber and other advanced composites, with superior behaviors, like non-pollution, anti-leakage, arc-resistance, high security and wear resistance enhanced.


Characters: It is excellent as a highly safe flame retardant, and it can be compounded to high concentrations in EVA, EEA, PE, PP, EPDM, ect. It improves arc and tracking resistance, improves polypropylene’s M.F.I, flexural modulus and impact strength, prevents corrosion of molding machines and mold dies. Heat capacity of endothermic decomposition per unit of weight is higher than ATH. It is superior to ATH in improving electrical properties and resistance to thermal aging(volume resistivity, dielectric constant, dielectric loss tangent of compounds). It has synergistic effects with red phosphorus.
